Étienne de Blois puis Étienne d'Angleterre (vers 10921 ou vers 10962 – 25 octobre 1154), lord d'Eye et de Lancaster (en Angleterre), comte de Mortain (en Normandie) puis comte de Boulogne par mariage, fut roi d'Angleterre de 1135 à 1154. Il est appelé Stephen en anglais.

Étienne married Mathilde DE BOULOGNE , Queen Consort of England, daughter of Eustache III DE BOULOGNE Comte de Boulogne and Marie D'ECOSSE, in 1125. (Mathilde DE BOULOGNE , Queen Consort of England was born about 1103 and died on 3 May 1152.)
