In 1859, he mastered the properties in Vinograd (1,500 Hectares in Kolomeisk district of Galitia, Austria), had 5 houses, vineyards & 11 shops (lodges) in Botosani, and the Estates of Tibirica (Ziberica) (Source: Document Stavila (cf serdar Isaie OHANOV)) and Hoginesti in Moldova (3,000 Hectares).

Gherasim married Elena Avedis OHANOV, daughter of Count Avedis Isai OHANOV and Sultana Nikitovna BUICLIU, in 1856 in Chisinau, Moldova. (Elena Avedis OHANOV was born on 26 Feb 1840 in Gancheshty, Bessarabia, Moldova, died on 27 Mar 1913 in Chisinau, Moldova and was buried in Catholic Cemetary, Chisinau, Moldova.)
