3. MATHILDE de Bourgogne ([1150]-22 Jul 1220, bur Abbaye de Bouchet, near Limais). The Chronicle of Alberic de Trois-Fontaines names "sorore ducis Burgundie" as wife of "Roberti [comitis Alvernie]" but does not name her[339]. Her birth and marriage dates are estimated approximately from the dates of her parents' marriage, father's death, and possible birth dates of her siblings, but bearing in mind the possible marriage date of her second son. A charter dated May 1201 records disputes between "dominum Robertum…Claromontensem episcopum et Guidonem…comitem Arverniæ", mediated by "domino Odone…duce Burgundiæ" and naming "domina Mathildis mater eius"[340]. Dame de Limais, by grant as dowry. She ceded Limais to Hervé de Nevers in Jun 1210. m ([1165]) ROBERT [IV] Comte d'Auvergne et de Clermont, son of GUILLAUME [VIII] "le Vieux" Comte d'Auvergne & his wife Anne de Nevers (-1194, bur Abbaye de Bouchet, near Limais).

Mathilde married 211565818 Robert IV D'AUVERGNE, son of 423131634 Guillaume VIII D'AUVERGNE le Vieux and 423131635 Anne DE NEVERS, in 1165. (211565818 Robert IV D'AUVERGNE was born about 1130 and died about 1194.)
