Gilbert de Chalon († 956) fut comte de Chalon, d'Autun, de Beaune, de Troyes, d'Avallon, de Dijon, et comte principal de Bourgogne (923-943).

Gilbert married Ermengarde DE BOURGOGNE, daughter of Richard "Le Justicier" DE VIENNE , Duc de Bourgogne and Adelaïde DE BOURGOGNE, in 928. (Ermengarde DE BOURGOGNE was born about 905 and died about 945.)
