Jimena Muñoz or Muñiz (d. 1128) was a noblewoman from the El Bierzo region of the medieval Kingdom of León, the mistress of king Alfonso VI of León and Castile during the late 1070s and early 1080s. By him she was mother of two countesses and grandmother of Afonso I, first king of Portugal.

Jimena had a relationship with Alfonso VI DE LEÓN , King of Castille & León, son of Ferdinand Ier DE CASTILLE, LEON & ASTURIES and Sancha DE LEÓN. (Alfonso VI DE LEÓN , King of Castille & León was born in 1040-1041 in Santiago de Compostella, Spain and died on 1 Jul 1109 in Toledo, Castilla, Spain.)
