Isabella RATHBORNE ¹

  General Notes:

I thought that perhaps you would be interested to know that Isabella Rathborne, daughter of Jane Rathborne Bayly of Dunsinea, who married Walter Keating, lived in Rhyl, North Wales, in 1859, and in Barrie, Ontario in 1864.
The information comes from Graves, 1889 (volume 3), p 117, and Hankins, 1980, p 374 (but that is not very flattering I am afraid :(
I have no further information, it was just mentioned because in 1859 they boarded Hamilton's daughter after a long and severe illness, and in
1864 they boarded Hamilton's eldest son. (But both times they asked a lot of money for it.)(Which is why it is not so flattering. Graves did not comment and called them 'relations on her mother's side' and 'kind friends', but Hankins did.)

Isabella married Walter William KEATING, son of Walter KEATING and Jane MORRIS, on 4 Nov 1845 in Castleknock, Dublin, Ireland. (Walter William KEATING was born in 1813 in Ireland and died on 8 Oct 1895 in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada ².)
