Deed 605 121 412791 Renewal of lease 20.9.1808. Jane Bunbury of City of Kilkenny widow, to Abraham White Baker, Ballybolan, also city of Kilkenny. By deed 7.3.1757. Ralph Hall of Clonmell leased to A.W. Baker, since deceased, father of said A.W. Baker abt 2 acres at Ballycolin/Ballytobin (?) Hall now dead and his right vested in Jane Bunbury, his daughter. 12.11.1808.

Jane married Capt. Benjamin BUNBURY, son of Thomas BUNBURY and Grace CHADWICK, in Mar 1771. (Capt. Benjamin BUNBURY was born about 1731 in Kilkenny, Ireland and died on 18 Jun 1791 in Mount William, County Tipperary, Ireland ¹.)
