Lieutenant in the Upper Talbotstown Cavalry, who fought in the defence of Hackettstown duriong the rebellion of 1798, when Ballinclea was burnt down.

Michael married Anne (Nancy) RAWSON, daughter of James RAWSON and Anne JAMES, on 25 Nov 1773. (Anne (Nancy) RAWSON was born in 1755 and died on 11 Nov 1814 in Ballinclea House, Co Wicklow, Ireland.)
