I have found links with the Parke family in Ireland. There is a letter dated 1802 from John Parke to Jemmett Duke and families were joined through marriage. Robert Duke married Lucinda Parke in 1756 and their son Robert King Duke married Anne Parke in 1797. She was the daughter of Lieu-Col Roger Parke of Dunally, co Sligo.
This would seem to require that the parents of Anne Duke were Robert Duke and Lucinda Parke who married in 1756, and that they were immediate relatives of Jemmett Duke, who was wealthy and owned over a thousand acres of land.
