Can you give me more background regarding dates and places. Can you trace your family back to either Ceylon or Ireland?
Walter Eager of Killarney m. Avice Mason, their son James Walter Eager m. Susan Shelton. Their 3 sons (Walter James, Charles and John) became tea planters in Ceylon; Charles (d. 1897) had a son Patrick.
Is any of this familiar?
On a different note I have just received an email from someone looking for an old friend, Rosalind Agar, daughter of Flt Lt Patrick Agar who married Jane and who emigrated to New Zealand/Australia in 1960. Is this familiar? If so, please contact Karenmiskin@aol.com and let me know the outcome.
