Henry Sadleir Prittie, 2nd Baron Dunalley of Kilboy was born on 3 March 1775.1 He was the son of Henry Prittie, 1st Baron Dunalley of Kilboy and Catherine Sadleir.2 He married, firstly, Maria Trant, daughter of Dominick Trant and Eleanor FitzGibbon, on 10 July 1802.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Emily Maude, daughter of Cornwallis Maude, 1st Viscount Hawarden and Anne Isabella Monck, on 10 February 1826.1 He died on 10 October 1854 at age 79, without issue.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Carlow between 1798 and 1801.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Dunalley of Kilboy, co. Tipperary [I., 1800] on 3 January 1801.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Okehampton between 1819 and 1824.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland] between 1828 and 1854.1
