Eleanor Manners, Countess of Rutland (née Paston; c. 1495 - 1551), was lady-in-waiting to four wives of King Henry VIII of England: Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves and Catherine Howard.

Eleanor married Thomas MANNERS 1st Earl ofRutland, son of George MANNERS 11th Baron de Ros and Anne DE ST LÉGER, circa 1523. (Thomas MANNERS 1st Earl ofRutland was born circa 1492, died on 20 Sep 1543 and was buried in St Mary's Church, Bottesford, Leicestershire.)
