Grace Osborne, married as his second wife Beverley Ussher of Ballyfin, County Cork, and of Kilmeadon, County Waterford (c. 1618 - 1683), Lieutenant Colonel in the service of the Duke of Ormonde's Guards, son of Arthur Ussher of Donnybrook, County Dublin, and wife Judith Newcomen, and had issue.

Grace married Lt. Col. Beverley USSHER, son of Sir Arthur USSHER and Judith NEWCOMEN, about 1647 in Ireland. (Lt. Col. Beverley USSHER was born in 1618 of Dublin, Dublin Co., Ireland ¹ and died in 1683 ¹.)
