General Notes:
He was a son of Sir Richard Osborne, 1st Baronet and his wife, a daughter of Roger Dalton of Knockmoan. He succeeded in the baronetcy before 1667. He was admitted to Gray's Inn in 1628 and sat as a Member of Parliament for Dungarvan between 1639 and 1649 and was High Sheriff of County Waterford in 1671.
Richard married Elizabeth. (Elizabeth was born in 1620.)
